Central Supercenter hopes that each of its customers will be happy with their respective purchases, whether bought online or in-store. However, if you are not pleased with your purchase you are welcome to return unopened products along with the receipt or a print-out of the invoice email within 3 days of the purchase date. Please note that the acceptance of returned items is at the discretion of the Central Supercenter administration. Our online customers have two options for returning their purchase to us:
1) Return your purchase, in person, to our location. For an immediate issuance of store credit, refund to your credit card or to exchange your purchase, please return the goods in person to our convenient location within 3 days of buying them. It is recommended you bring the credit card used to make the purchase as well as photo identification.
2) Ship your purchase back to our office:
East Street North and Mason Street
Should you prefer to ship your purchase back to us, this will fall at your expense. Before shipping your product back to us it is recommended you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 1 (242) 356-3689. At this time you will most likely be asked to supply a clear current photo of your purchase and its invoice number.
